mpro5 is fully configurable and scales to meet the needs of businesses of various sizes – with each quote as personalised as your platform.
At the start of your contract, we charge a standard three-month subscription mobilisation fee to cover service initiation and the initial configuration and deployment of your mpro5 platform. This fee will also apply to any additions you make to your subscription, at any stage of your contract term.
Custom development is the only cost not included in your monthly subscription fee. This type of work broadly falls into three categories: true custom work at a code level, custom integrations and custom dashboard visualisations.
All our development work is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis, which we’ll agree with you in advance, so you’ll have no surprises.
