Sometimes, you may need to sync your app to ensure its got all the most up to date settings from things like flows and customers.
An example could be that a flow has been amended but your device needs to receive those changes, in that case you would need to sync the settings.

Note: Please ensure you have either a strong Wi-Fi connection or Good mobile data signal coverage.
- From the home screen, select the three bars on the top right corner.
- Then click Settings on the menu that appears.
- Press the sync tab on the bottom right of the screen.
- Press the sync icon on the top right of the screen.
- Confirm that you want to sync now.
