Customer is typically the highest group in your CRM. To find a customer, follow the steps below:
- Select the Customers Tile. This should take you to the Customers screen.
- Select the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the grid.
- A search panel will appear from the right hand side of the screen with the below filters. You don’t need to fill all of these out but the more you apply the narrower the results will be:
- Select the filters you require and click apply at the bottom of the filter side bar.

Choose the access group. |

You can type the full address, excluding the post code, here. |

You can put the telephone number here. |
Contact |
Enter the main point of contact with this customer here. |

You can type the main email address contact for the customer here. |
Country Code |
Enter a country code here. E.g. Britain is GB, Germany is DE. |
Currency |
Type the currency your Customer uses if you have international customers. |
