What are mpro5 Reports? Web Reports are the mechanism by which mpro5 allows users to query, filter, and export data in a range of fashions. They are powered by Microsoft SQL Server Reports Server (SSRS) and run externally to the mpro5 website.
In some case's, the out of the box (OOTB) reports may not be specific enough for the dataset required. In this instance, a custom report could be scoped and created. For example, a custom web report could be created to allow a user to "export all jobs of a specified status for a specified date range to Excel." The reports can be exported to different formats such as Excel, CSV and PDF or printed off. Please be aware that custom reports do fall under our professional services offering so there will be a cost for this.
Web reports require an additional username and password to that of the Web User that's logged into the mpro5 website. Ask your mpro5 admin team for these credentials.
We will show you how to run three reports here which should get you familiar with running the rest (if required)
