If your logging into the mpro5 website for the first time, please take a look at this overview to help you get familiar with the basics.
The Main Website Login Screen
Once you have been provided the website link from your business mpro5 administrator, you will be presented with the below screen. Please enter your credentials and select Login.
The Portal Login Screen
There may be an additional login option for Portal accounts but this will only be available if your business uses it. If your business does use Portal accounts and your account is a Portal account then please select the Portal Login and enter your credentials there instead.
Home Screen
When you log in for the first time, you will be presented with the home screen which looks like the below.
However, you may not have access to all the tiles that you see below due to your access level. You will need to contact your mpro5 admin within your business if you need access to additional areas of the website.
Home Screen Big Tiles
Selecting the "Jobs" tile will produce a dropdown with a number of options for different things you can do with jobs. What you see in the dropdown will depend on your account permissions. The options that are used the most are "Job Search", "Job Planner" and ""Follow Up Actions. |
Selecting the "Flows" tile will produce a single dropdown option. The option is also called "Flows". This will take you to the Flow Search screen when you can search for completed Flows. |
Selecting the "Resources" tile will produce a single dropdown option. The option is also called "Resources". This will take you to the Resources screen where you can search, add or remove documents such as PDF's, Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel documents. |
Selecting the "Reporting" tile will produce a dropdown with a number of options for different things you can do with reporting. What you see in the dropdown will depend on your account permissions. The option that is used the most is the "Web Reports" option. This will contain a number of "Out Of the Box (OOTB)" reports and custom reports if you have had any built. There are a number of OOTB dashboards too that may be of interest, you would need to take a look to see if they bring any value for you. |
Selecting the "Search" tile will bring the Search field active within the tile where you can search for a specific keyword like "Site" or "Flow" etc. |
Home Screen Mini Tiles
Selecting the "Planner" mini tile will take you to the Planner screen which is a calendar style job tool for finding, amending and scheduling jobs. |
Selecting the "Site Schedule" mini tile will take you to the Site Schedule screen which allows you to select a customer and specific site on a specific week to see what scheduled jobs are running for it and if they have been completed or not with the user who completed them. It also displays any completed audits and user activity to see who has logged in or out. This will only be available if you have patrols set up. |
Selecting the "Search" mini tile will take you to the Job Search screen where you can search, amend and create jobs. |
Selecting the "Customers" mini tile will take you to the Customer screen where you can search your customer base. |
Selecting the "Resources" mini tile will take you to the Resources screen where you can search, add or remove documents such as PDF's, Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel documents. |
Selecting the "Assets" mini tile will take you to the Assets screen where you can search, add, amend or remove assets. |
Selecting the "Web Reports" mini tile will take you to the Web Reports screen which will contain a number of "Out Of the Box (OOTB)" reports and custom reports if you have had any built. |
Selecting the "Import" mini tile will take you to the Imports screen where you can import things like below:

The Side Menu
You have a number of options available to you via the side menu which you can access by selecting the right facing chevron. A short video on how to access it is below. |

Guides & Help Widget There is a built in Guides & Help widget in the bottom right hand corner of the Home screen. These have some tutorials on how to achieve certain tasks, for example there is one on how to run a Job Search. Please see the video below to access:
