Job visibility or Jobs not appearing on your device

Please follow this guide to ensure you have the correct Job visibility or if you cannot see a Job.

If a Job hasn’t appeared in your list, you will need to re-sync your device.

If your list hasn’t updated, try the steps below:

  1. Go back to the home screen by selecting the back arrow.
  2. Click the button that looks like three white bars in the top right of your screen.
  3. Select Settings from the side bar.
  4. Once you are in Settings, select the grey Sync button in the bottom right hand corner.
  5. You will see a list of updates your device has received recently, to Sync All, tap the cycle symbol in the top right hand corner.
  6. You will be prompted to check your internet connection, hit Yes when you think you have one. Syncing may take several minutes depending on your connection.
  7. Go to My Jobs and pull the list down to refresh the list.
  8. Your scheduled Jobs should now appear.

For your device to pull the jobs down from the system, your device will need to have a good internet data connection to complete this process. Please check your coverage before attempting this process.
