Items are stuck in my Outbox

If Jobs or Flows you have completed have not left your device and uploaded to the website, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check the date of the information stuck in the Outbox. If an item has been there for 30 days or more, please contact our support team.
  2. Ensure you have a strong internet connection. If you are using an iOS or Android device, you should be able to see the quality of your data signal in the top right hand corner of the screen. 4G or 5G will be best if using mobile data.
  3. Log out and back into mpro5 and stay on the home page with the screen turned on for a few minutes to allow the data upload to finish.

If the above steps don’t solve the issue, try the following:

If you're on a wireless connection, try a mobile data connection as some wireless networks can interfere with uploads.

Keep an eye on the number of items on the outbox page, this will indicate if items are successfully uploading.
