Please follow this guide to check that everything is uploaded from your Outbox.
The mpro5 Outbox is where the Flows and Jobs you have completed on the app are temporarily stored before being uploaded to our system. Similar the the outbox on an email client, it gets queued in there before reaching the sent items folder.
To access your Outbox on mpro5 please follow these steps:
- Go to the worlds screen via the main hub screen.
- Click Outbox to open it.
Note: Please ensure you have either a strong Wi-Fi connection or Good mobile data signal coverage.
The Outbox should always be clear once you have completed and allowed the app enough time to upload the data with good internet coverage.
