You can create jobs on the website for team members to complete using their devices. This guide will show you two ways to create a Job, by using either the Planner or Job Search:
First, login to the website to go the home page.

Create a Job using the Planner
- Click the jobs tab, this will expand the button.
- Select Planner.
- You will now see a calendar that shows any Jobs already created as well as empty slots where no job is assigned. You can change the time frame view from the drop down menu in the top right.
- To pick a time and start making a job, simply double click the correct space in the calendar, you can choose a time to the nearest half-hour.
- Selecting the time you want will bring up the Job creation page, from here you can fill in the relevant details. You can also choose who to assign the job to.
- Each of the options in the side bar will let you further customize the job. You can add workflows, tasks and assets if you need to.
- When you are happy with the job, click Save Changes in the top left corner.
- You will now see the job is in the calendar, you can go back and edit it, clone it or delete it if you need to.
- You can create another job or click the mpro5 logo in the top left to return to the home page.
Create a Job using the Job Search
- Click the jobs tab, this will expand the button.
- Select Search.
- Close the search filter side bar.
- Click the Plus icon in the top left corner.
- This will open the Job creation page, from here you can fill in the relevant details. You can also choose who to assign the job to.
- Each of the options in the side bar will let you further customize the job. You can add workflows, tasks and assets if you need to.
- When you are happy with the job, click Save Changes in the top left corner.
- You can create another job or click the mpro5 logo in the top left to return to the home page.
Users will need to sync their devices to see new Jobs.
Please ensure users have a strong data connection or WIFI in order to quickly sync for new Jobs.
