Flows Overview

Flows show the results of forms, divided into sections and questions which are ad-hoc or completed against jobs. They are placed against specific customers or sites.

Email alerts can be triggered when a Flow is completed so that specific emails receive the results of the completed form via a report which they can open and share.

Getting Started

Simply put flows are the audits or “workflows” completed by your teams in the field. From the website you can view and download completed flows in a number of formats. You can also edit existing ones, but you cannot create new flows yourself. If you need a new flow created, please contact either your IT department or our mpro5 support team.
