Completing a Hard Reset in Google Chrome

Try following the below steps to complete this and get your website up and running with the new settings.

Sometimes a website upgrade may be deployed and this will require that your Google Chrome Browser cached settings be hard reset to allow the new version of the website to download its settings correctly.

  1. Open up the Developer Tools from the Google Chrome settings area to allow you to action the Hard Reset.

   2.   Once the Developer Console has appeared in the right hand side of the browser page, hover over            the page resync button and right click to open the dropdown menu and then select the "Empty              Cache and hard reload" option.

After you have done this, you can close the browser all together and then reopen and log into                  mpro5 and the new settings will have been installed.
