Creating Holiday

Please follow this guide to create an Holiday entry.

  1. Sign into your web account via the website.
  2. Select the three lines icon next to the Navigation Hub.
  3. Select the Jobs tile.
  4. Select the Holiday tile.
  5. Select the Plus icon (+) at the top left of the grid.
  6. Four fields will show in a pop up box, they are:
Field Name Data Type
Mobile User  A dropdown of mobile app users you can schedule the holiday against.
Description A free text box where you can enter a description of the holiday taken.
Start The start date of the holiday to be taken.
End The end date of the holiday to be taken.
