Eliminating paperwork completely
Armed with a PDA, tablet or smartphone, staff can use online forms to record all in store checks as and when they complete them. These are then saved and immediately synchronised via the cloud to a central database. mpro5 can track when staff log in and log out of a shift, so if someone misses a shift mpro5 will alert the right people and actions can be taken. Via a mobile device, staff are also given a list of tasks to complete and areas that need to be checked, so absolutely nothing will get missed. Each area of a store can even be marked with a barcode, so when the relevant checks have been carried out, staff can simply scan the code which will send information back to head office via the cloud.
Managing unexpected incidents
The device goes further than just the standard checks. Staff can record in store incidents in real-time. An incident form will be available on the device taking staff through every step they need to complete to ensure it’s dealt with quickly, efficiently and safely. Everything from the location of the incident to those involved and any further action carried out can be recorded and saved immediately. Photographs can be taken, time and date stamped and are synchronised to the Cloud-based database for future reference.
